The iPhone 17 series that has just been officially launched has been facing consecutive problems, most recently an error that has prevented many users from accessing the features of Apple Intelligence, the artificial intelligence system introduced by Apple as the biggest highlight in this generation of products.
According to feedback from the user community, when iPhone 17 requires downloading Apple Intelligence, the installation process is often interrupted or cannot be completed.
Even if the feature packages are already in the device's memory, they won't work, making it impossible for customers to exploit AI tools.
The problem was recorded on all four versions of the iPhone 17, from the standard version to the Pro and Pro Max.
MacRumors cited the source as saying that Apple has grasped the problem and is urgently finding a solution. This is not the first time the iPhone 17 series has encountered serious problems.
Previously, the standard iPhone 17 version was reported to have a mobile signal loss problem, while the Pro version was found to have dense scratches on the back.
Some users shared that they have temporarily fixed it with manual measures such as converting the network from mobile to WiFi, turning on and off Aircraft mode, resetting the language, or re-insetting the entire device. However, these solutions are not always effective.
Many experts believe that the problem could stem from a software failure or Apple's data-ynchronized server system. If so, only an official patch can be thoroughly handled. Most likely, the problem will be resolved in the upcoming iOS 26 update.
This incident is causing many concerns as Apple Intelligence is expected to be a weapon to make the iPhone 17 different in the market.
The fact that this feature cannot work stably when the device is launched not only affects the user experience, but also raises questions about the quality of testing before the product reaches customers.
