Speaking at the workshop, Dr. Quach Huu Trung - Director of Hospital 199 emphasized: Digital transformation is no longer a trend, but an urgent requirement. Hospital 199 (Ministry of Public Security) is committed to pioneering in the journey to build a smart hospital model, where patients are the center.

Notably, Dr. Quach Huu Trung - Director of Hospital 199 presented a paper on " application of digital transformation in Hospital 199 and the Innovation model in Health - 199 Medical Hubs" and Dr. Truong Minh Chuong (Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology) presented two important papers: "orientation of Smart Hospitals - structure and implementation roadmap" and "Artificial intelligence - core component of modern medicine".
In addition, issues such as information security in healthcare, the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) application or comprehensive hospital management software (HIS, LIS, PACS, EMR...) were also widely discussed.
Within the framework of the workshop, the signing ceremony of cooperation between Hospital 199 and the Department of Health of Vinh Long province, Titan Data Analytics Company and DX82 Company took place, opening up opportunities for cooperation and practical implementation of digital transformation solutions in the near future.
