The model is implemented to promote propaganda and improve digital skills for people, contributing to the effective implementation of the national digital transformation program in localities. Through the model, people are guided to install and use the VNeID application, access online public services, non-cash payments and look up administrative procedures using QR codes.
Information digitization helps people easily access notices and documents from the Party Committee and People's Committee of the ward, saving time and costs in the process of resolving administrative procedures, and at the same time gradually forming the habit of applying digital technology in daily life.
On this occasion, Bac Lieu Ward People's Committee presented QR code boards to 10 households representing the route. Immediately after the launching ceremony, union members, youth and the community digital technology team launched a campaign to support people to experience and use digital utilities.
