Results from TinAI Campaign and KOL Responsibility
At the 2nd National KOL Conference – KOL Summit 2026 held on September 7 in Ho Chi Minh City, representatives of the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention; representatives of the Digital Belief Alliance shared the initial noteworthy results of the TinAI? - Pre-verification, post-verification campaign, and launched the news bulletin "Real - Fake, Verified".
Since its launch on July 31, the campaign has been launched simultaneously in 34 provinces and cities nationwide, with over 2,360 KOL participants, more than 39,600 content created and spread, reaching nearly 104 million people.
The news bulletin "Real - fake, verified" is transformed into short, visual, easy-to-remember, easy-to-practice content with an average reach of more than 5.76 million people/episode, an average view rate of over 90%.
From the actual results, the organizers realize that verifying false and misleading information is not just anyone's need, but a skill that every citizen needs to equip in the digital age. The battle with false and misleading information is not just a race for speed. What needs to be changed is not only the reaction speed but also the human reflexes.
In the AI (artificial intelligence) era, between "seeing" and "believing", an additional step of verification is needed regarding the content, source of information, context as well as the purpose of information. This poses the problem of "Responsible Information" where the role of influential people in society such as KOL, KOC is very important.
With their role and influence, KOLs and KOCs need to use AI more responsibly, more creatively and transparently, and share it verified, creating value for the community.

Transformating digital power into national resources
Speaking at the plenary session at KOL Summit 2026 on the afternoon of September 7, Lieutenant General, Dr. Le Xuan Minh, Director of the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention, Executive Vice Chairman of the National Cyber Security Association, Chairman of the Digital Belief Alliance emphasized that since the first National KOL Conference, the KOL community has taken practical actions, truly accompanying the country.
But according to Mr. Le Xuan Minh, influence only truly becomes a national resource when each KOL chooses a path of positive influence and moves towards the Fatherland. This is both a journey to build digital trust for each individual, and a journey to connect, grow, and act together of the entire community.
The country is entering an era of rise with many historical moments. All resources and all strengths of the nation need to be cherished, awakened and promoted. Therefore, those who hold the power of digital influence, present at the conference, are not only to share their voices, but also to turn commitments into motivation and initiatives into spreading values.
Mr. Le Xuan Minh raised important questions for the KOL community: Is digital trust an essential infrastructure of the digital society? Why is digital trust the most valuable asset that each KOL needs to preserve and nurture?
How can each KOL build a right journey, build a sustainable career and transform its influence into practical contributions to the homeland, country and nation of Vietnam?
I believe that, with the full participation of management agencies, organizations, businesses and the community of influential people nationwide, today's Conference will find practical answers, opening up inspiring and meaningful journeys," Lieutenant General Le Xuan Minh emphasized.
