Finland owns a vibrant startup community with about 3,800 startups. The startup ecosystem here always promotes the spirit of mutual support, being willing to share resources and help each other.
This ecosystem has nurtured more than 10 technology lions, most of which come from universities. This spirit of cooperation is not only limited to the start-up industry, but also spreads to the entire workforce, attracting international experts to work and develop in a creative environment of Finland.
To promote international cooperation, Business Finland, a Finnish Government organization specializing in innovation finance, trade promotion and tourism promotion, has just issued a call to welcome Vietnamese experts and startups to participate in the developing cooperation environment of this country.
We see great potential in cooperation with Vietnams dynamic technology ecosystem. By combining the innovation of Finland and the talent of Vietnam, we can create solutions with strong impacts and promote common development. We are committed to nurturing these connections and achieving success together, said Johanna Jakala, CEO of Finnish Promotion Services at Business Finland.
In addition to calling for help, Business Finland also launched a series of accompanying programs to attract Vietnamese talents. Accordingly, they will organize a series of online seminars "Innovate in Finland", providing in-depth information on Finland's leading position in the fields of medical technology, artificial intelligence, and circular economy, and at the same time outlining a roadmap for Vietnamese startups.
Vietnamese startups are also participating in the specialized experience program to speed up their development process in the Finnish and European markets. In particular, technology experts and startup founders in Vietnam were also given the opportunity to learn about life and business opportunities in Tampere city (France).
