
According to information from the Ministry of Science and Technology (MTS), this event marks an important step forward in realizing the direction of General Secretary To Lam at the second meeting of the Central Steering Committee on science, technology development, innovation and digital transformation.
In order to carry out the assigned tasks, the Ministry of Science and Technology has urgently built and put into operation the "Sin product, solution and innovation portal for Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation" at nq57.mst.gov.vn. According to the Ministry, the Portal is designed with a completely online processing process, including receiving, processing, evaluating and announcing results, ensuring publicity and transparency at all stages.
Launched on April 9, after more than a month, the Portal received 426 applications sent to the Ministry of Science and Technology. In addition to the 71 published documents, the Portal added 32 new products and solutions on the morning of May 13. Of which, 14 products from FPT, 12 products from VNPT, 4 products from CMC, Viettel and Misa contributed 1 product.
At the announcement ceremony, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Pham Duc Long said that the Portal nq57.mst.gov.vn was born in the spirit of "running while lining up" to respond to Resolution 57 of the Politburo.

"In the first phase of implementation, the Gate was built in the direction of both work and completion. To date, the Ministry has issued electronic records and appropriate configuration models for each product and solution group. The professional assessment council was established with a clear and transparent process, regulations and set of criteria. Initiatives and products, no matter how small, must be respected, recognized and sought to be perfected" - the Deputy Minister affirmed.
According to the Ministry, the Portal serves 3 main groups of people: Groups of scientists, organizations, and individuals with initiatives that need support in announcement, connection, and commercialization; Groups of state agencies and enterprises that need to apply initiatives to improve operational efficiency; Groups of investment funds, innovation support organizations to seek potential initiatives to accompany, sponsor, and invest.
To continue to improve the effectiveness of the Portal's operations, the Ministry of Science and Technology will bring all Vietnamese inventions and inventions to the Portal, while providing legal information and knowledge about intellectual property in an easily accessible manner. The portal will integrate with national and international intellectual property databases, supporting users to look up and evaluate their protection capabilities and avoid infringing on the rights of others.
In addition, the Portal will provide detailed instructions on intellectual property registration procedures, connect experts, support intellectual property valuation and promote commercialization. At the same time, the Ministry of Science and Technology recommends that universities and research institutes bring potential initiatives and technologies to the Portal, while encouraging technology corporations and enterprises to post their products and solutions.
