Da Nang City will launch a series of activities in response to the National Innovation Day 1.10 and National Digital Transformation Day 2025. The focus is on the launching program " Digital Learning Festival for the entire population", the proactive public administration model and the campaign "Go to every alley, knock on every door, instruct each person to use online public services".
The Department of Science and Technology coordinates with the People's Committees of communes and wards to organize a launching, combining online and in-person forms, guiding the community to experience digital platforms and participate in digital classes. Departments, branches and People's Committees of communes and wards must select at least 3 public services to implement a proactive public administration model. The community digital technology team will directly visit each household, supporting the use of online public services.
From September 20 to October 15, many thematic seminars were held, focusing on developing the digital economy, building a digital transformation project for the period 2026-2030, connecting "State - School - Enterprise", training on intellectual property and incubation facilities. In parallel, the City Youth Union organizes the Digital Transformation Youth Festival, the 7th Youth Creativity Festival and the City-level Student Science Research Competition.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, Da Nang will organize a ceremony to reward and honor collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in science - technology, innovation and digital transformation.
