The first part is Summary Memories about 1 minute long, displaying your photos and videos with fun graphics and cinematic effects. It also has background music.
It will record the number of photos you took this year along with the number of videos and the total video time. The summary of your 2024 will also have detailed information, providing entrancing and surprising things about your year based on the photos you took.
These items can include: Smiles in the year to review this year, how many smiles have you recorded and who do you laugh the most with? Colors of the Year capture the colors you took the most photos of the year. And the prominent faces will display the 4 most appearing people in your photos.
Like other "Memories", "2024 Recap" can be saved to your Google Photos library. You can also easily share your "2024 Recap" directly from Google Photos to your favorite messaging apps or social networks.
"2024 Recap" is currently starting to roll out. If you have notification enabled, Google Photos will let you know when your "2024 Recap" is ready to view.
