Google Photos integrates a video creation tool using AI Veo 3

    Google has just added the Veo 3 video creation model to Google Photos, expanding AI-powered bienlation features for users.

    The most notable thing is the upgraded static photo conversion tool to video, allowing for smoother and higher quality clip creation. In addition, the Remix feature allows you to transform photos into many different styles such as anime paintings, comic illustrations, 3D animations... similar to the trend of images inspired by Studio Ghibli that once caused a fever on the internet.

    Users can also try Collage, select multiple photos and arrange them in the available layout, with a simple educator right in this tool.

    Highlight creates synthesized videos according to search keywords, with background music. Meanwhile, Cinematic Photos recreated the photo into a vivid 3D version. These tools can be combined to create unique images and videos.

    Veo 3 on Google Photos is now deployed in the US, appearing in the Create section. Users will be limited to the number of image create per day, while Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers will be more used.

    Google Photos is the latest platform to integrate Veo 3 with Google, after YouTube.
