According to records, on social networking sites, there are continuous posts reflecting from a series of users of Vinaphone about the lack of services and not displaying signal poles. Some cases have waves but still cannot be contacted even if the device has been restarted, the SIM card is removed/ won back, or the network access point is reinstalled.
user Minh Hong (Cau Giay, Hanoi) indignantly shared: "My phone is out of signal, I can't communicate and I can't access the internet. Other phone numbers calling the subscriber said it was as if they were turning off their phones. This greatly affects my work, because every day I have to receive hundreds of calls from customers".
On technology forums, many users also expressed their frustration and asked the network operator to update information promptly when the incident occurred. Many users even posted asking for advice on network transfer services but still kept their phone numbers after the above incident.
Currently, VinaPhone's hotline numbers are also having errors, causing users to be unable to contact and discuss the incidents encountered. In addition, the network's official websites have not yet made a statement about the cause of the incident.
