According to the plan, communication work aims to raise awareness of all levels, sectors, the scientific community, businesses and people about the meaning and value of the Award; affirming Hung Yen province's concern and importance for science, technology, innovation and the development of high-quality human resources.
At the same time, creating a spreading effect, attracting the attention and participation of scientists, experts, science and technology organizations, universities, research institutes, businesses and individuals with typical scientific and technological works; gradually building the Le Quy Don Award into a prestigious and spreading science and technology award.
Media content focuses on introducing the meaning and value of the Award; information about subjects, fields, criteria for awarding, dossiers, procedures and time for awarding. The 2026 Award focuses on 4 fields: natural sciences, engineering and technology; medical and pharmaceutical sciences; agricultural sciences; social sciences and humanities.
The Department of Science and Technology of Hung Yen province also deploys communication to mobilize project proposals, approach authors, scientists, businesses and organizations with suitable projects; answer questions about subjects, projects, criteria, dossiers, submitting places and deadlines for submitting dossiers.
Notably, typical works and authors will be introduced through the content "Le Quy Don Award Story", focusing on the research journey, practical issues resolved, new points, scientific values, application efficiency and contributions of the works.
During the award consideration process, information is provided at an appropriate level, ensuring that it does not affect the independence and objectivity of the selection process. When announcing the results, the Department of Science and Technology of the province develops a press release, introduces works, awarded authors and performs interviews, reports, images, and videos about the Award ceremony.
Communication work is carried out through the press, digital environment, direct and visual communication. The Department plans to build a column/specialized page "Le Quy Don Award 2026" on the Department's electronic information page.
The plan is implemented in 5 phases, from communication launched in July-August 2026; communication to mobilize and receive dossiers; communication during the award consideration process; announcement of results, awarding of prizes and post-prize communication.
