On October 4, information from the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province said that the index consists of 8 groups: Digital Perception, Digital Institutions, Digital Infrastructure, Digital Human Resources, Network Information Security, Digital Government Activities, Digital Economic Activities and Digital Social Activities. Each group has specific child criteria and criteria.
In addition, the Provincial People's Committee also issued a set of digital transformation indexes for a number of priority areas such as: Tourism, Agriculture and Environment, Construction (Traffic), Education and Training, Health.
According to the Provincial People's Committee, the Index is the basis for agencies to monitor and evaluate the results of annual digital transformation.
This helps to clearly identify the level of digital transformation, point out strengths that need to be promoted, weaknesses that need to be overcome, thereby implementing appropriate solutions, enhancing the role and responsibility of the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees.
Agencies will evaluate and score according to the standard scale of each index and are required to have accompanying supporting documents. In case of lack or inadequate documentation, the agency must have a specific explanatory document on the assessment and scoring method.
The assessment process is carried out annually in the following order:
Quarter IV: The Department of Science and Technology issues guidelines for assessment and determination of supporting documents and data sources.
The agencies themselves conduct assessments according to the Index and data calculated from January 1 to December 31 of the assessment year.
The Department of Science and Technology coordinated with the Support Team to conduct a preliminary self-assessment review.
The Provincial Digital Transformation Results Appraisal Council reviews, recognizes or adjusts the results. The official results will be announced in the first quarter of the following year.
