Things to check when buying a used CPU
With gas heat generation
Excretion: Check for scratches, oxidation, deformities or warping. The solder needs to be flat and not deformed to make good contact with the CPU, helping to heat effectively.
Fans: Make sure the fans rotate smoothly, without making loud noises or throbbing. Worn or broken fans will reduce the heat output.
Excavator leaves and heat pipes: Check for deformed, crushed or dusty bottlenecks. The heating pipe should not be eroded or deformed.
With water heating (AIO)
Pumping: Ask the seller or ask them to send a video showing the pump is working to make sure the pump is still good.
pipes and containers: Check for signs of leakage, discoloration, swelling or corrosion. If you see cracks or leaks, you should avoid buying them because they are very dangerous.
Heating fans: Check carefully if the fans are bent or damaged.
Accompanying accessories: Make sure the grinder has a full screws, support and necessary accessories for easy installation.

Exchanging old AIO water can help you save a lot of money, but you need to check carefully, especially regarding pumps and piping systems.
