On March 11, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Do, Deputy Director of the Public Administrative Service Center of Lam Vien ward - Da Lat, said that after a period of implementation, the unit has put into operation software to manage voter lists and monitor election progress.
The application contributes to modernizing the local election management process.

In the upcoming election, with the central position of Lam Dong province, Lam Vien ward - Da Lat has more than 47,000 voters participating in voting in 22 election groups. Up to now, the preparation for the election day in the area has basically been completed.
After a week of deployment, the technical team of the Ward Public Administrative Service Center has officially put into operation the software system to manage voter lists and monitor election progress.
According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Do, the software was built to serve the management, lookup, and update of voter status at polling stations in the ward.

The system operates on an internal website platform, allowing multiple polling stations to access and update data simultaneously via an internal network (LAN). The software is designed to serve on a large scale, capable of managing up to 50,000 voters and supporting multiple input points at the same time.
Currently, the Ward Public Administrative Service Center has created 22 accounts corresponding to 22 polling groups. At polling stations, when voters participate in the election, officials only need to select on the system, and the data will be updated immediately.
Through this, the Election Commission can monitor the number of voters participating and grasp the election progress at each polling station in real time.
Notably, the application of software helps election officials significantly reduce the workload, while improving the accuracy in statistics and data synthesis.

The software also contributes to gradually modernizing the election management process, reducing manual operations, and increasing transparency and accuracy in management.
The system integrates many features directly serving election work. Among them, the highlight is the function of managing voter lists according to each election group, helping in-charge officials easily monitor and control voter information in the area.
In addition, the system also allows for updating the status of voters who have participated in voting, helping the election team accurately monitor the number of voters exercising citizen rights.
Mr. Nguyen Hoang Phuc, Chairman of Lam Vien Ward People's Committee, said that proactively building software not only improves the efficiency of election organization in the locality but also contributes to promoting digital transformation in state management at the grassroots level.
According to Mr. Phuc, the application of software researched and built by the locality itself shows the proactive and creative spirit of the ward officials in the context of promoting digital transformation today.
