Son La Provincial People's Committee has just issued a List of master data, original data, creating a foundation for building a unified data system, serving digital transformation and improving the efficiency of state management.
The goal of building data is to standardize, connect and share data between agencies, limiting duplication in information collection and management.
This helps reduce the number of times people and businesses have to provide the same type of information when carrying out administrative procedures.
The list includes two main groups: shared data and specialized field data, covering areas such as population, land, resources, health, education, business, civil status, justice and public assets.
In addition, Son La adds many specific data groups such as ethnic minorities, border areas, border trade and relics, scenic spots.
The issuance of the list is expected to create a platform for synchronous data connection and sharing between state agencies, contributing to building digital government, developing the digital economy and improving the quality of service for people and businesses in the province.
