According to the orientation, the digital transformation process must not only focus on infrastructure and technology, but must take people as the center, businesses as the driving force and data as the foundation for development.
In recent years, the national digital transformation program has helped form many shared data platforms, deploy hundreds of online public services, and strongly promote e-commerce and digital payments in daily life.
2025 is considered an acceleration period, towards the goal of everyone being able to access and use digital services conveniently, safely and reliably. For that reason, the Ministry of Science and Technology and ministries, branches and localities have stepped up propaganda and digital skills training, encouraged the initiative of "community digital transformation" and improved digital capacity for grassroots cadres.
Localities and businesses respond simultaneously
Responding to National Digital Transformation Day 2025, many provinces, cities and businesses across the country have organized practical activities.
In Hanoi, the City People's Committee issued Plan No. 276/KH-UBND to organize a launching ceremony for the Digital Learning movement for all people, businesses and students to actively participate in the digital environment. The event took place in Dong Anh district with booths displaying technology solutions, guiding people to use VNeID applications, Etax Mobile and online public service platforms.
The atmosphere of response was also bustling in Da Nang, where Huong Tra ward organized the 2025 Digital Transformation Festival for people to experience the "digital citizen" model. The event attracted a large number of attendees with booths displaying technology products, digital banking, AI applications supporting administrative management and QR payments. This is a typical activity for the spirit of " Bringing technology to the grassroots" that the city is aiming for.
In Hai Phong, Phu Lien ward government organized the first Digital Transformation Festival, and launched an online contest to learn about digital transformation among cadres and people. Activities are closely linked to practice, helping the community better understand the role and benefits of technology in management, learning and life.
In Quang Ninh, the response movement was promoted through the online "Digital Transformation 2025" Contest, attracting the participation of a large number of cadres, party members and people. The province considers this an effective form of propaganda, helping to disseminate knowledge about information security and basic digital skills to the community.
Not only in urban areas, mountainous and rural provinces also have many practical activities. Gia Lai organizes training courses and 4G popularization campaigns, supporting people to install and use digital services, while Tay Ninh and Dong Thap implement communication programs and the "Digital education platform" movement, helping rural people access technology more easily.
From large cities to remote areas, from businesses to communities, response activities have created a vibrant digital transformation picture across the country. Each locality and unit contributes to concretizing the message of National Digital Transformation Day 2025 - making technology an essential part of life, serving people better, faster and closer.
