Pytho AI was founded by Michael Mearn, a former US Navy intelligence officer. He has seen the task of planning takes days, with hundreds of documents and maps created, making the process too slow compared to the speed of modern battlefields.

After leaving the military, Mearn studied at Harvard Business School and worked in the technology field before joining Technology Director Shah Hossain to found Pytho AI in 2023. Their goal is to shorten the entire planning process for the army using AI technology.

Pytho AI software does not use chatbots but relies on familiar plan templates, helping users create and edit plans in a few minutes. The system can integrate with Microsoft word, PowerPoint and provide a reliability score for data evaluation.

According to Mearn, the task analysis process consists of 48 steps and takes many hours, but now there are only a few minutes left to complete. This software helps soldiers update and adjust their plans flexibly, instead of having to start over every time there are changes.

Although it only has 4 members, Pytho AI has been testing the technology with many US military units. The military needs real tools that help them work faster and more accurately. It would be a lack if no one focused on this, Mearn said.
