Accordingly, functional agencies will close the median strip opening point on National Highway 2 at the National Highway 2 intersection - Ramp branch leading to Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway at Km8+770 and Km8+900 routes.
Organize for passenger cars up to 8 seats (excluding the driver's seat) traveling on National Highway 2 ( towards Phu Tho) who need to turn around to go towards Vo Van Kiet can turn around at the median strip opening points on National Highway 2 (km 9+230, Km 9+500, Km 9+820, Km10+300, Km10+650, Km10+800, Km10+950, Km11+250, Km11+950 routes).
Organize for cargo trucks, specialized vehicles, tractor-trailers, and trailer trucks circulating on National Highway 2 ( towards Phu Tho) who need to turn around to go towards Vo Van Kiet to turn around at the opening point of the median strip on National Highway 2 at Km12+650.
According to the Hanoi Department of Construction, the adjustment of traffic organization will be implemented from 7:00 AM on January 31.
