New energy enters a new era
Entrepreneurs, who contribute to the prosperity of the country, are always ranked among the elite leading the development of society. In a country that is transforming its economy, the role and position of entrepreneurs is even more special, with the nation, for the nation, venturing into the new economic space.
The knowledge economy requires knowledge entrepreneurs. The economy faces challenges when globalization is shaken when protectionist barriers are erected here and there. Just a change of leadership in a distant country requires the journey to adapt. More than ever, in today's context, entrepreneurs are also intellectual, elegant and courageous people.
The journey to becoming rich for entrepreneurs is not always a bed of roses. In an uncertain world, anything can happen, unlike the economic models in business administration schools. Unpredictable uncertainties cannot be solved by traditional business models but sometimes by a sensitive and emotional heart.
From a state-dominated economy to a multi-sector economy is a journey of national renewal. On the threshold of entering a new year, a new era, entrepreneurs are energized by the rising position of the country, by the change in economic institutions. Entrepreneurs are also co-creators of institutions. When it rains, if you look down, you will see mud, but looking forward, you will see a bright rainbow. Difficulties are also a way to pull us up if we look at the context of the times with an optimistic spirit. If it is difficult for us, it is also difficult for others.
Proud of Vietnamese strength
Entrepreneurs not only create economic space to enrich themselves, but also contribute to enriching the country, but also contribute to creating a new generation of entrepreneurs. In many countries, people consider it the social responsibility of entrepreneurs. Countries that have risen to the top of the world all have a large number of businesses, including small and medium enterprises and startups. In the startup ecosystem, there are always leading national brand enterprises.
Luckily, I joined a trip to a country on the other side of the world; attended a meeting and heard about the 10-year journey of Viettel Corporation, with the Bitel brand, in a country with the Inca civilization, I saw the strength of Vietnam and Vietnamese entrepreneurs. When standing next to a Vinfast car in a foreign land, I felt happy. Viettel, Vingroup, FPT, Hoang Anh Gia Lai, Truong Hai and many other powerful corporations investing abroad, together with business communities, exploring new markets, bringing Vietnamese products far and wide, the two words Vietnam resound far and wide. The butterfly effects will spread and become the wind that brings more entrepreneurs to set sail to the open sea.

Sitting around a small round table, listening to entrepreneurs share about their journey of starting and nurturing their businesses is truly admirable. Looking back at the thorny journey, sometimes with unsympathetic views, I appreciate even more those who paved the way, expanding the economic space beyond the country's map. A business in the leading group of the automobile industry, when entering the agricultural sector, has solved the problem of tens of thousands of workers, including thousands of people living far away from home. And there are many businesses that refuse to stop, despite being tired throughout the long and difficult journey, because they are urged by the two words Vietnam.
I have never run out of emotions with the philosophy “If you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together”. Green economy, circular economy, sharing economy will create new value space, both adapting to market trends and enhancing product brands.
“Going together”, the philosophy that has led to success in foreign countries of many business communities around the world. “Going together”, thinking for each other, the pioneers lead the followers, creating a larger scale thanks to the image of Vietnam in large markets. “Going together”, joining together to form alliances and corporations with enough potential to compete in the market. Businessmen who have established themselves in foreign markets lead and accompany new businesses through the risky early days.
A small trumpet sound is easily overwhelmed by other sounds, but many trumpet sounds in harmony will resonate with a strong volume that touches the consumer's mind. The corporate flag together with the national flag will make others respect the virtue of the Vietnamese people.
Every time I see “Made in Vietnam” or “Product in Vietnam” products in foreign trade systems, I am filled with happiness. A businessman “shows off” with bright eyes: “Getting my products on the shelves of large foreign trade centers, selling on Amazon feels so great”. A “great” full of affection and pride!
When I go to a supermarket abroad, I often go to the agricultural and food products section, find bags of rice, fruits, shrimps, fishes… the products may be modest in quantity and variety, but I am still proud and secretly grateful to the businessmen who bring farmers’ products to foreign countries. Not only do they bring products, but businessmen also bring Vietnamese culture, Vietnamese spirit, and Vietnamese image, confidently “standing shoulder to shoulder with the five continents and four seas”.
Entrepreneurs not only create economic space to enrich themselves, but also contribute to enriching the country, but also contribute to creating a new generation of entrepreneurs. In many countries, people consider it the social responsibility of entrepreneurs. Philosopher Soren Kiergaard summed it up figuratively: “Patience is necessary, for one cannot reap at the same time as one sows.”
