    Ha Tinh - On the afternoon of March 1, a ceremony was held in Ha Tinh to announce the Politburo's decision on the transfer and appointment of cadres to hold the position of Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee.

    Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Duy Lam - Deputy Minister of Transport - the newly merged ministry into the Ministry of Construction - was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee.

    Mr. Nguyen Duy Lam was born in 1972, hometown in Huong Thuong commune, Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province. Education qualifications: Master of Physical Engineering, Bridge - tunnel Construction Engineering. Political theory qualification: Senior.

    Mr. Nguyen Duy Lam has many years of experience working at the Ministry of Transport. From August 2021, Mr. Lam will hold the position of Deputy Minister of Transport.

    From March 1, 2025, he was transferred, assigned and appointed by the Politburo to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, holding the position of Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

    Previously, Mr. Hoang Trung Dung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee - was appointed to the position of Editor-in-Chief of the Communist Magazine.
