HANSSIP SUMMER 2026 creates a space to connect recruitment, trade promotion and promote relationships between businesses and employees.

The program was just organized at Nam Ha Noi Supporting Industrial Park (HANSSIP), Dai Xuyen commune, Hanoi City. The highlight of HANSSIP SUMMER 2026 is the recruitment connection activity between businesses in HANSSIP Industrial Park and students, youth, local workers and neighboring areas.

Also here, workers, especially young people and students of universities and vocational colleges, have the opportunity to learn more specifically about the requirements of businesses, career trends and skills needed to prepare to enter the labor market. This is a practical approach, helping to narrow the gap between training and labor use.

One of the important goals of HANSSIP SUMMER 2026 is to promote linkages between businesses - schools - localities in training, recruitment and human resource development. The participation of higher education institutions, vocational colleges, and domestic and foreign businesses shows that the need to build a human resource connection chain is increasingly clear.

The presence of domestic and international businesses and investors from Japan, Taiwan and many businesses belonging to the Hanoi Supporting Industry Association (HANSIBA) also opens up opportunities for local workers to access a more professional and modern working environment.

Not stopping at recruitment, HANSSIP SUMMER 2026 also combines cultural, sports, community exchange, local product promotion and trade promotion activities. This organization method helps the program become an open event, where businesses not only look for labor, but also build a friendly image, attached to the community.

Traditional craft villages, business households, startups and local businesses have more opportunities to promote products, connect partners, and expand markets. Meanwhile, people can visit, experience, interact and access job opportunities and business cooperation right in the locality.
