Of which, 3 units have owed land rent over VND500 million for a long time and have not been completely resolved. These are Ea Kar Forestry One Member Co., Ltd. owing more than 3 billion VND; Bao Lam Co., Ltd. owing more than 2.1 billion VND; Thuan Man Forestry One Member Co., Ltd. owing more than 1.5 billion VND.
A representative of the 14th Regional Tax Department confirmed that the unit has a solution for the long-term debts of the above forestry companies.
The authorities have issued monthly debt urging notices and taken measures to enforce invoices and accounts against the above 3 companies.
The tax authority has proposed a proposal to reclaim land from Bao Lam Company Limited but has not yet been handled by competent authorities.
The tax authority has enforced tax debt collection by collecting money and other assets of Ea Kar Forestry One Member Co., Ltd. that is holding but has not yet collected enough tax debt.
