On this trip, Dang Van Lam's wife brought her son along to directly cheer for the team. The two mothers and sons are very excited about the journey to Bangkok, where the Vietnamese team will play the first leg of the final on August 22.

Goalkeeper Dang Van Lam is currently in the group of goalkeepers trusted by coach Kim Sang-sik at the ASEAN Cup 2026. The presence of his wife in Thailand shows her companionship with her husband in every journey.
