2. How to do

- Step 1: Squeeze water from vegetables and fruits to get the color mixed with the flour.

- Step 2: Use water that is just thick and mixed with sticky rice flour. Provide 100g of dry powder with 85ml of vegetable stock. The thicker the juice, the darker it is, the more beautiful the color when combined with the powder.

- Step 3: Divide the flour into small pieces, press each flour block, place sugar or green beans in the middle and then tightly, wrap it around. The flour should be tightly sealed so that the air does not get into the cake, and when boiled, it can easily crack and break. The size of the cake can be adjusted to your preference, however, avoid leaving the cake too big when eating, which will make you bored.

- Step 4: Prepare a pot of water and a bowl of cold water. When the water boils strongly, turn down the heat to slow down, add the cake to the boil, and the cake floats onto the water for about 1 - 2 minutes to cook. Then, remove the cake and put it in a bowl of cold water so that the cake does not stick together.

- Step 5: Repeat the floating cakes on a plate, sprinkle sesame on each cake, add a little grated coconut and enjoy.
