Preparation materials
2 bags of black tea or filtered peach tea
1 yellow orange
4-5 slices of soaked peach
2 lemongrass plants
30ml of sugar or honey water
500ml of hot water
Ice cubes
A little mint if you like
How to do
Step 1: Pre-processing ingredients
Wash lemongrass, crush and cut into pieces. Wash oranges, cut a few thin slices for decoration, squeeze out the remaining juice.
Cut the soaked peach into bite-sized pieces. If you want a cup of tea with a richer sweetness, you can keep a little soaked peach juice to mix with the tea.

Step 2: Steam tea
Put the tea bag in a vase, add hot water and crushed lemongrass. Steep the tea for about 5-7 minutes to make the tea have a beautiful color and a light aroma of lemongrass.
Then, take out the tea bag and lemongrass. Do not steep the tea for too long because it can easily make the tea water bitter, affecting the refreshing taste of the drink.

Step 3: Prepare peach and lemongrass tea
Wait for the tea to cool slightly, add orange juice, sugar water or honey and stir well. Continue to add a little pickled peach juice if you want to enhance the flavor.
The amount of sweetness should be adjusted according to the family's taste, especially when used for young children or people who do not like too sweet drinks.

Step 4: Completing the drink
Put ice cubes in the cup, add peach blossom slices, orange slices and pour in the brewed tea. You can add a few mint leaves to make the cup of tea more beautiful and fragrant.

Lemon-orange peach tea should be used immediately after brewing to keep the flavor fresh. The drink has a gentle lemongrass scent, a light orange and sweet peach flavor, suitable for family gatherings at home in the afternoon.
