In the new episode of "You Want to Date", MCs Quyen Linh and Ngoc Lan introduced Pham Dang Phung (29 years old, from Quang Ngai) and Tu Anh (31 years old, living in Dong Nai).
Dang Phung currently works in the field of product quality inspection in Dong Nai. He admits that he has good self-reliance because he comes from a farming family, and was early accustomed to taking care of himself, cooking and cleaning the house.
The 29-year-old boy also regularly participates in social activities, used to go to pagodas, build roads, and clean streets. However, his gentle and taciturn personality makes it difficult for him to start conversations with strangers.
Meanwhile, Tu Anh works as a business representative for a company operating in the field of solar power construction and installation. The nature of the job helps her have a cheerful, sociable personality, and often communicate and connect with many people.
Tu Anh revealed that she had experienced two official relationships. The first relationship lasted about 2 years when she was still in university. Four years after breaking up, she started the next relationship.
However, when their love only lasted for about half a year, Tu Anh received a full scholarship to study abroad in England, so the two decided to break up.
She studied in the field of sustainable development. Due to the scholarship program, Tu Anh returned to Vietnam after completing her studies to contribute the knowledge she had been trained in.
Contrary to the girl's love experience, Dang Phung said that he had only dated a colleague once about 2-3 months ago, 2 years ago.
Because this is almost the first time entering a romantic relationship, Dang Phung admits that he lacks experience and does not know how to maintain love.
When Quyen Linh asked "what is a lover" and "what is a lover for?", the guy was confused, thinking that the two lovers would help each other in difficult times. The answer made the two MCs laugh. Quyen Linh advised him to be more open and proactive if he wanted to find a life partner.
Coming to the program, Tu Anh wanted to meet a tall, bright, positive, ambitious and especially proactive man. Dang Phung wanted to find a more outgoing, sociable and proactive girl than himself to compensate for his taciturn personality.
Before meeting the bride's family, Dang Phung also prepared a "secret tip for flirting" of 4 steps. He asked to hold hands, looked straight into the other person's eyes, said his feelings about her and then smiled. The guy's clumsiness made the studio laugh many times.
When talking about marriage, the two found some common ground. Dang Phung said that if he moves to marriage, he is willing to let his wife manage finances and hopes to have two children. When arguments occur, he often admits fault first or spends time calmly and then solves the problem with the other person.
Tu Anh also wants to have two or more children, continue her work after marriage and share economic and family responsibilities with her husband.
However, the similarities in marriage views are not enough to help the couple go further. At the decisive moment, Dang Phung pressed the button while Tu Anh refused.
She explained that she has not felt enough deep connection with the groom's family. However, Tu Anh is still open to the possibility of becoming friends, being able to meet, drink coffee and share with each other after the program.
