To make coconut butter smoothie, prepare 2 avocados, 100ml of coconut milk, 50gr of shredded young coconut flesh, 60ml of condensed milk with sugar, 50ml of unsweetened fresh milk and a bowl of crushed ice cubes.

Housewives should pay attention to choosing old wax avocados with smooth skin, when shaken, the sound of seeds inside will not be bitter or contain a lot of fiber.

First, peel the avocado, remove the seeds and use a spoon to scrape off the flesh and put it in a separate bowl. A small tip to prevent the smoothie from becoming thin and maintaining deep cooling is to put the avocado in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes before grinding it finely.

Wash the young coconut flesh and cut it into thin, bite-sized strands. Next, successively add butter, coconut milk, condensed milk, fresh milk and half of the young coconut flesh to the blender.

Press the blending button at medium speed until the ingredients blend together, then add all the ice cubes and set to the highest blending mode.

The ice blending process should only last from 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture becomes thick. Standard coconut butter smoothies need to have an eye-catching green color and a sticky texture.

Pour the smoothie into a glass, sprinkle the remaining young coconut flesh on the surface to decorate. This cool drink, when enjoyed, will have the fatty taste of coconut milk blended with the buttery and chewy taste, promising to be a great cooling drink for families on hot summer days.
