    HUE - An Cuu Ward People's Committee issued a marriage certificate with foreign elements, spreading the cultural beauty and legal spirit in the community.

    On October 21, the People's Committee of An Cuu Ward (Hue City) held a ceremony to hand over the marriage registration certificate to Mr. Nguyen Tan Huy (born in 1993, residing in Group 19, KV7, An Cuu Ward) and Ms. Hoang Thi Dai Trang (born in 1995, Vietnamese nationality, residing in the United States).

    Speaking at the ceremony, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee Tran Viet Trung emphasized that marriage registration is an important legal procedure, demonstrating compliance with the law and promoting family values in society.

    The People's Committee of An Cuu Ward also maintains the giving of congratulatory letters to newlyweds, showing concern for the spiritual life of the people, spreading cultural beauty and humanity in the community.
