Pursuant to Plan No. 83-KH/BTGDVTW-BCD, dated June 13, 2025 of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee on implementing the grasp of the situation of the people and public opinion on Party congresses at all levels; organizing the collection of opinions and synthesizing comments from cadres, Party members and people on draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress; Instruction No. 18-HD/BTGDVTW-BCD, dated July 3, 2025 of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee on organizing the collection of opinions and synthesis of contributions from cadres, Party members and people on draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor issued a plan to deploy the collection of general opinions and contributions of cadres, cadres, and workers to the 14th National Congress ( Draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party).
According to the plan of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, cadres, party members, union members, and workers when participating in contributing opinions should focus on the entire content of the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress or in part.
In which, focusing on discussing major and important issues expressed in draft documents. Prioritize contents related to Party building and the political system, institutional improvement, promoting socio-economic development, building the working class, employment, social welfare and social security.
The opinions of cadres, party members, union members, and workers are compiled into a report and sent to the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor before November 9, 2025.
It is known that the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has also issued a plan to organize a conference to collect comments from cadres, union members, and workers on draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The organization of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor conference aims to gather the intelligence and enthusiasm of cadres, union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers (CNVCLD) in the Vietnam Trade Union system to contribute ideas to the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party, especially on issues related to building the working class and organizing the Vietnam Trade Union in the new period.
Honestly and fully reflect the comments, thoughts, aspirations, proposals and recommendations of employees on draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.
Organizing the conference must ensure democracy, science, practicality and effectiveness, selection of key discussion content, while strengthening propaganda and orienting public opinion to create high consensus among cadres, union members and workers.
The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will organize conferences in 2 regions.
In the Northern region, the conference will take place at 8:30 a.m. on October 28, in Hanoi.
