Accordingly, for commune-level cadres who regularly have to go on mobile business trips for more than 10 days/month; cadres of other agencies and units who regularly have to go on mobile business trips for more than 10 days/month (such as: Clerks; transaction accountants; forest rangers who inspect forests; cadres of prosecution agencies who investigate, inspect, verify, serve documents and other tasks that require regular mobile business trips); depending on the subject, characteristics of the work and financial capacity, the head of the agency or unit shall prescribe a fixed monthly business trip allowance for people on mobile business trips to support parking and gasoline costs at the rate of VND 500,000/person/month and must be stipulated in the internal spending regulations of the unit.
Subjects who are entitled to a monthly fixed allowance for business trips, if assigned by competent authorities to perform tasks in specific business trips, will be paid the business trip allowance regime according to the provisions of this Circular; at the same time, they will still be entitled to a monthly fixed allowance for business trips if they are on a mobile business trip for more than 10 days/month.
Thus, for commune-level cadres who regularly have to go on mobile business trips for more than 10 days/month, depending on the subject, work characteristics and financial capacity, the head of the agency or unit shall prescribe a fixed monthly working allowance for people on mobile business trips to support parking and gasoline costs at the rate of VND 500,000/person/month and must be stipulated in the internal spending regulations of the unit.
