I wish to transfer to work at the Ministry of Public Security, is that possible? What are the conditions and selection process?
In response to the above content, the Ministry of Public Security said:
Pursuant to Article 18 of Circular No. 21/2023/TT-BCA dated June 22, 2023 of the Minister of Public Security regulating the recruitment of citizens into the People's Public Security (PPP), reader Dinh Hung is eligible to be recruited into the PPP if he/she meets the following standards and conditions: The PPP has a need for staffing; has professional qualifications, technical skills, skills, and aptitudes suitable for the requirements of the position and job to be recruited; ensures political standards, moral qualities, and qualifications as prescribed in Article 5 of Circular No. 21/2023/TT-BCA and health standards as prescribed in Article 4 of Circular 62/2023/TT-BCA dated November 14, 2023 of the Minister of Public Security regulating specific health standards and health examinations for the PPP.
Regarding the form of recruitment: The head of the unit or local police establishes an examination council. The organization of the examination and the procedures for receiving candidates shall comply with the provisions of Articles 9, 10, 11, and 12 of Circular No. 21/2023/TT-BCA.
