On June 30, the Hanoi Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee and the City's decisions on implementing new commune-level administrative units in the capital.
The announcement ceremony took place at 8:00 a.m. at the Viet Xo Friendship Labor Cultural Palace (Hoan Kiem, Hanoi).
At the ceremony, Hanoi announced the decision to assign 126 secretaries to new wards and communes; announced the Chairmen, Vice Chairmen... of communes and wards.
