Resolution No. 18/2023/NQ-HDND of Hai Duong province (effective from January 1, 2024) stipulates one-time support and support for health insurance premiums for party members awarded the 40-year Party membership badge in Hai Duong province.
Accordingly, the beneficiaries of one-time support include:
a) Party members awarded the 40-year Party membership badge who are active in grassroots party organizations in communes, wards and towns in Hai Duong province are not entitled to pension, regular social insurance benefits and monthly social benefits.
b) Party members awarded the 40-year Party membership badge who are active in grassroots party organizations in communes, wards and towns in Hai Duong province are people with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs who are entitled to monthly preferential allowances and are not entitled to pension benefits.
One-time support level is 5,000,000 VND/person.
2. Subjects supported with health insurance premiums:
Party members who have been awarded the Badge for 40 years of Party membership or more and are active in grassroots party organizations in communes, wards and towns in Hai Duong province have not yet received pension benefits, regular social insurance benefits, monthly social benefits and have not received 100% support from the state budget for health insurance premiums.
Health insurance payment support level: 100% health insurance payment support for subjects specified in Clause 2, Article 2. Subjects specified in this Resolution who have a health insurance card will enjoy the support level after their health insurance card expires.
