Commune-level officials and civil servants who hold concurrent positions and who work part-time at the commune, village, hamlet, and residential group levels are entitled to a part-time allowance equal to 50% of the allowance level of the part-time position.
People who work part-time at the commune level and hold another part-time position, and people who work part-time in villages, hamlets, or residential groups concurrently hold the title of part-time activities in villages, hamlets, or residential groups are entitled to benefits. 70% of allowances for concurrent positions.
In case of holding multiple positions concurrently, you will be entitled to the highest allowance of the concurrent position. The concurrent allowance is not used to calculate social insurance and health insurance benefits.
People who work part-time at the commune level are subject to compulsory social insurance. Social insurance and health insurance policies for part-time workers at the commune level comply with current social insurance and health insurance laws.
