Resolution 26/2025/NQ-HDND stipulates the subjects and levels of support during the 2026 Lunar New Year in Dong Nai province.
Clause 2, Article 3 of Resolution 26/2025/NQ-HĐND stipulates:
Specific support levels for each subject
1. Level 10,000,000 VND/person to support comrades who participated in revolutionary activities before the August Revolution of 1945.
2. Level 1. 200,000 VND/person (or 1. 200,000 VND/household) support for subjects:
a) Cadres, civil servants, public employees (approved by competent authorities) working in state management agencies, non-business units, Party organizations, Vietnam Fatherland Front, mass organizations, mass associations currently receiving salaries from provincial budgets; employees of self-sufficient regular hospitals under the Provincial People's Committee;

d) Officials and employees in the payroll of a number of agencies, schools, and hospitals of the Central Government located in the province who have direct relationships with localities include: Central Mental Hospital No. 2, Bien Hoa Central Forensic Psychiatric Institute, Military Hospital 7B, College of Statistics II, Dong Nai College of Decorative Arts, Forestry University Campus 2, Lilama II International Technology College, College of Mechanics and Irrigation, Cat Tien National Park, Bu Gia Map National Park;
e) Forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level;
e) Standing militia forces in communes and wards;

At the same time, Article 1 of Resolution 26/2025/NQ-HĐND stipulates:
Scope of regulation
This Resolution stipulates the beneficiaries of support and the level of support during the Lunar New Year from the state budget in Dong Nai province.
Thus, the standing militia force in communes and wards in Dong Nai province is supported with 1.2 million VND/person on the occasion of the Lunar New Year from the State budget source ensured according to the current State Budget decentralization and other legal revenue sources according to regulations.
