On the evening of April 22, the special art of "North -South promise" took place at My Dinh National Stadium (Hanoi) on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and reunification of the country. The program has the participation of artists and thousands of audiences attended.
Singer Hoa Minzy participated in two performances. First is the song "Rung xanh vang ta lu" duet with People's Artist Thanh Hoa.
In the second song, Hoa Minzy wore an ao dai with the national flag printed on her left chest, performing the song "Vietnam in me".
Notably, in addition to FC alone, Hoa Minzy also received special cheers in the stands when her biological sister, Nguyen Thi Hang, was also present at My Dinh Stadium, attentively watching and cheering for her younger sister as well as the artists participating in the program.
Talking to Lao Dong, Ms. Hang shared: "When Hoa sang the first song with People's Artist Thanh Hoa, I did not recognize Hoa's voice even though I had heard her sing many times. Korea wears ethnic costumes. The song is very good and very beautiful. As for the second song, Hoa wore a traditional ao dai with many meanings.
Sitting here watching me perform, I saw that although I was small, I shone on a very grand stage. I was very touched. Congratulations Hoa on having another meaningful and memorable performance".
Ms. Hang personally also experienced many emotions with the performances that "The Northern - Southern treasure" brought. She choked up as she expressed: "I am very touched. I know almost all the songs performed in the program, but before now I don't understand the context of those songs.
The announcers are great at arranging songs in a historical sense. This is a memorable occasion for me. I believe that the young people present at My Dinh in the program will also hear and understand more about history. Music is a great catalyst."
