Daesung (BigBang) is said to own a real estate block worth more than 100 billion won in Seoul, South Korea, including an apartment that has increased in value nearly 7 times after more than 10 years.

Daesung - a member of BigBang - is said to own a real estate block with a total value of over 100 billion won in Seoul, South Korea. In which, the luxury apartment in Heukseok-dong, Dongjak district, is valued at about 10 billion won, a significant increase compared to the 1.45 billion won he spent to buy in 2015.

The apartment is located in Heukseok Mark Hills, a high-class building with views of the Han River. Daesung is said to have owned this apartment for more than 10 years. With an area of about 275m2, the apartment includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Heukseok Mark Hills only has 18 apartments, so buying and selling transactions here do not take place regularly. An apartment in the area is offered for sale for about 10.5 billion won. Meanwhile, the highest transaction level ever recorded was 5.7 billion won in December 2024.

With its location facing the Han River, Heukseok Mark Hills is known as one of the locations with beautiful views in Seoul, especially during the fireworks festival. The building used to be the residence of many famous artists.

Actors Jang Dong Gun and Ko So Young used to live here after getting married. Actor Hyun Bin is also said to have lived in this apartment building for about 11 years before marrying Son Ye Jin. Some other artists such as former figure skater Kim Yuna, singer Ko Woo Rim and Jung Soo Jung are also said to have lived or are living here.

If added to the apartment in Heukseok-dong, the total value of Daesung's two properties is said to have exceeded 100 billion won.
