On the afternoon of February 1, Big Bang member Taeyang held his solo concert “The Light Yaer” at Inspire Arena in Incheon (South Korea). During the concert, Daesung and G-Dragon also appeared as guests, performing with Taeyang.
In particular, Daesung surprised fans when he revealed G-Dragon's upcoming activities.
After performing “Wings,” Daesung shared, “It seems like a lot of good things are happening this year. There’s Taeyang’s concert in February and G-Dragon’s concert in March.”
It was previously rumored that the Big Bang leader would be holding a solo concert in 2025, and it seems Daesung has accidentally confirmed the event's timing.
Daesung then went on to talk about his fear of the audience and how he had never performed in Korea before, asking anxious questions like "Will anyone look at me with their arms crossed?", "Will they pay and make time to come?"...
"I know myself and I'm very conservative. I can't do anything unless someone gives me work. That's why I didn't start my own company, but joined another company instead. I'll probably come back in February or March and have a performance in Korea soon," Daesung added.
In 2024, G-Dragon and Big Bang made an impressive comeback with new music products. G-Dragon released the single "Power", followed by the song "Home Sweet Home" featuring Taeyang and Daesung, sweeping the top music charts in Korea.
The 3 Big Bang members also returned to major music stages such as the MAMA awards ceremony, the SBS Gayo Daejeon event. Or recently, G-Dragon and Taeyang performed at the famous annual French charity concert "Le Gala des Pieces Jaunes".
