On the evening of January 23, 2026, at My Dinh National Stadium (Hanoi), the special art program "Under the glorious flag of the Party" was solemnly held, celebrating the success of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and also celebrating the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Party (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026).
Taking place immediately after the 14th Congress closed, the program has profound political and cultural significance, contributing to affirming the resounding success of the Congress, spreading major orientations, creating an atmosphere of excitement and confidence in the entire Party, people and army, and soon bringing the Resolution of the 14th Congress into life.
With a duration of about 100 minutes, a large-scale stage space at My Dinh, the program has the participation of a large number of leading artists, professional actors and the public, creating majestic, solemn, and emotional performances.
The program is structured tightly with three parts: Opening, Ceremony and Art. In which, the Art part is a prominent highlight, elaborately and modernly staged throughout three chapters: New Vision - New Miracle - New Era.
Opening the program was a mashup of "Vietnam on the road we go" - "Joining hands" - "The road we go" - "Road to glory" performed by My Linh and Tung Duong. The heroic melody blended with the magnificent stage, gathering thousands of artists and actors, spreading the heroic atmosphere, touching the hearts of the audience.
Chapter I - "Chant under the Party Flag" with stage space taking audiences back historically to the past. Symbolic performances recreate the path of the Vietnamese nation from slave status to independence and unification, highlighting the Party's strategic vision in the cause of national liberation.
Music, 3D mapping effects and stage movements blend into the eye-catching performance, creating a continuous flow of emotions about the journey to Independence - Freedom - Happiness.
If the first chapter is historical reminiscence, then Chapter II - "With the Party, full faith and love" opens up the reality of today's country. The enthusiastic and creative working atmosphere of all classes of people is vividly portrayed, reflecting outstanding achievements after 40 years of Doi Moi (1986 - 2026).
Through art performances, messages about the Party's breakthrough strategic policies are clearly conveyed, showing the vitality of the Resolution when it comes into life. In that flow, the image of Hanoi Capital is placed in the center, as a fulcrum for the country's beliefs and expectations.
Towards the future, the program closed the Art section with "Under the glorious flag of the Party" - a gathering point of faith, aspiration and solidarity. The performances affirmed the determination of the entire Party, people, and army in successfully implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Congress, opening up an era of national striving.
The program features leading artists including: People's Artist Ta Minh Tam, Meritorious Artist Dang Duong, Meritorious Artist Viet Hoan, Meritorious Artist Vu Thang Loi, singers Hong Nhung, My Tam, Trong Tan, Tung Duong, Dong Hung, Bui Lan Huong, Vo Ha Tram, Duong Hoang Yen... and young artists such as Hoa Minzy, Erik, Duc Phuc, Bui Cong Nam, DTAP group... In particular, the event gathered more than 6,000 mass actors from the armed and student sectors, creating spectacular and eye-catching performances.
Emotional climax was pushed up when the stage lit up in a large-scale art fireworks display, vividly depicting the image of a prosperous, powerful and happy Vietnam. The high-altitude art fireworks performance lasted 15 minutes, leaving a strong impression in the public's hearts.
Under the glorious flag of the Party" goes beyond the framework of an art program, becoming a political and cultural event of profound significance. Thereby, affirming the firm belief of the entire Party, people, and army in the leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and at the same time spreading the spirit of solidarity and determination to bring the Resolution of the 14th Congress into life in the new development phase of the country.
