The film revolves around the love story of Nguyen Du (Trieu Lo Tu) and Dang Duc (Peng Quan Anh). While Nguyen Du is eager for life in the big city, Dang Duc wants to escape the shackles and arrangements of his family. Although they fell in love, the two lost contact after Nguyen Du's family suddenly had an incident.
Four years later, the couple accidentally met again and had the opportunity to work together. Finding a new direction in life, Nguyen Du decided to study abroad, leaving Dang Duc for another 4 years.
