On November 19, the Melon Music Awards organizing committee announced the list of final artists who will participate in the music awards ceremony held on December 20 in Seoul, South Korea.
The two confirmed names are Jennie (Blackpink) and girl group aespa. The news of Jennie's appearance at the Melon Music Awards immediately caused a media storm.
