Jack - J97 speaks out about the song being criticized
On the evening of October 20, Jack spoke about the song he recently performed at a music event on October 16 in Hanoi. Public opinion criticized the lyrics of the song, including the part "Laos vsang t**". Many comments said that this is a profound, offensive way of speaking, often used on social networks.
In the announcement on the evening of December 20, J97 Promotion spoke up to explain: "Regarding the song's exact lyrics, J97 Promotion would like to confirm that the original lyrics in Jack's composition do not have any phrases as some of the information is spreading".
J97 said that the unreleased song was spontaneously performed by Jack as a gift from outside the script to thank the audience for waiting until late at night.
Since the song does not have an official audio version and is improvised at an event, the recordings during the show can lead to misinterpretations, Jack added.
A representative of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports said that the program is licensed, however, Jack's song is not on the censorship list.
Ung Hoang Phuc hospitalized
