"Red Rain" continues to set a new record when surpassing the revenue of Tran Thanh's film "Nha Ba Nu" to become the 3rd highest-grossing film in Vietnamese box office history.
As of 7pm on September 4, the film has reached VND477 billion, according to data from Box Office Vietnam.
Notably, after only 2 weeks of release, the film has achieved this success.
Currently, director Dang Thai Huyen's film is only a short distance behind Tran Thanh's "Mai" (551 billion VND) and behind Ly Hai's "Lat mat 7: Mot giau tu" (483 billion VND).
The film is expected to soon overthrow Tran Thanh's "Mai" to become the highest-grossing work of all time.
