Information on the comments portal, voters suggested that currently, there are 34 households in Hoa Khe village (Hoa Son commune) living in the city cemetery planning area for nearly 10 years but have not been relocated, the environment and domestic water source are seriously polluted, affecting people's health.
Voters and people in the area hope to be cared for, although they have petitioned many times, it has not been completely resolved.
After receiving feedback from voters, the Department of Infrastructure and Urban Affairs of Hoa Khanh Ward (Da Nang City) said that after implementing the Hoa Son cemetery project phase 4 and phase 4 expansion, many households are located close to the cemetery boundary, near the area where the cemeteries of the clans are located, and have been affected by the living environment.
Since 2010, households in Group 5 (Hoa Khe village) have repeatedly expressed their opinions and recommendations to the delegates of the old District People's Council, the City People's Council and the National Assembly Delegates and have repeatedly been inspected by units and departments but have not been implemented.
Based on the opinions of voters and the conclusion of Mr. Ho Ky Minh - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City at the on-site inspection meeting on November 4, 2023 at the expanded phase 4 cemetery, the People's Committee of Hoa Son Commune issued report No. 994/BC-UBND dated November 21, 2023 on the results of reviewing the land area of 34 households in Hoa Khe village, proposing to clear the area to implement the expansion of the cemetery in phase 4.
Therefore, the People's Committee of Hoa Son commune has also proposed the People's Committee of the district (old) to recommend the city to allow the clearance and relocation of all households, land areas and houses near the cemetery boundary in phase 4 but has not been resolved yet.
The People's Committee of Hoa Son commune has also proposed that the People's Council and People's Committee of Hoa Vang district (old) recommend the city to soon relocate households near the boundary of Hoa Son cemetery, phase 4 and phase 4 expansion, so that people can stabilize their lives and enjoy a clean environment.
From the voters' recommendations, the People's Committee of Hoa Khanh Ward recorded the content, and coordinated with relevant functional units to handle it in accordance with the process and regulations of the law.
