On January 22, management company Belif Lab announced: "ILLIT will launch its first world tour named "Press start". At the same time, the parent company said that the group will meet Gllit's fandom in a total of 7 cities. According to Belif Lab, the tour name "Press start" means opening a new journey. The heart icon both symbolizes the system startup signal and the heartbeat. This shows ILLIT's ambition to spread excitement and anticipation to fans through this tour.
The opening leg of "Press start" will take place in Seoul, where ILLIT members perform for 2 days on March 14 and 15 at Ticketlink Live Arena. After that, the group continues their schedule in Japan and Hong Kong (China).
In Japan, ILLIT is expected to organize many performances from June to July. Specifically, the group performs on June 13-14 in Aichi, June 20-21 in Osaka, June 29-30 in Fukuoka. In July, the tour continues with performances on July 18-19 in Hyogo, followed by concerts on July 23 and July 25-26 in Tokyo. The final destination of the tour is Hong Kong (China) on August 22.
ILLIT is still receiving a lot of attention when releasing their debut single album "Not cute anymore" on November 24th last year. The title track of the same name is recognized for its durability on charts, showing that the group is expanding its recognition not only in Korea but also in the international market.
According to AllKpop, "Not cute anymore" ranked 14th on the Melon Daily chart on January 17 and appeared for 7 consecutive weeks on Spotify's "Weekly Top Songs" globally - a positive signal about the spread of ILLIT among international audiences.
It's a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit.
