This is a live debate session between both sides, NJZ and ADOR. The purpose of the trial was to confirm the validity of NJZ's exclusive contract with ADOR.
The representative of NJZ started with the argument that they could not continue to perform the initial contract with Ador because the company had a completely new management team compared to the time they signed the original contract. The legal representative of NJZ stated: "We believe that the reason for termination of the contract is all over the contract to terminate the contract.

We are not just talking about Min Hee Jin (former CEO of ADOR). When Min Hee Jin was overthrown and a new board of directors followed HYBE's direction, the new board of directors had completely different values from the old board and became a different corporation."
The NJZ representative continued to argue: "The basic trust between NJZ and ADOR has been broken, so we can't continue together. Instead of just looking at Min Hee Jin, we hope that the court will carefully consider whether ADOR is similar to the previous company that the group trusted, in the situation where Min Hee Jin was fired, and whether it is really reasonable to rule whether the parties should trust and continue with ADOR at present."
In response, ADOR said, "In terms of production, the defendant said that they could not promote without Min Hee Jin and they had to be together. Although it is true that Min Hee Jin contributed to the creation of today's NJZ, it is unreasonable to say that NJZ cannot survive without Min Hee Jin.
First, ADOR is a subsidiary of HYBE, the number one entertainment company in the industry. Therefore, it is undeniable that ADOR could not find another producer and support NJZ from that subsidiary. Second, considering that the defendants prepared the concert in Hong Kong (China) themselves without Min Hee Jin's help and successfully completed the concert, it is stated that only Min Hee Jin could do that contrary to the words and actions of the defendant herself".
When asked whether both sides were willing to resolve the matter, ADOR said it was ready to reach an agreement. However, NJZ stated that due to the members' mental state, the resolution would not be possible.
