Sharing about the reason for participating in the project, Park Ji Hoon said that he was attracted by the novelty of the script, and also wanted to try his hand at the image of a soldier. "I always wanted to wear military uniforms in a project. The character Kang Sung Jae is attractive in that he finds ways to adapt and build his position in a new environment.
To transform into a kitchen soldier, Park Ji Hoon said that he attended cooking classes before filming. "I learned to cook each dish one by one, thanks to which my knife skills also gradually improved. This helps me portray the character more convincingly" - he shared.
