The work marks YoonA's reunion with director Lee Sang Geun, who directed the movie "Exit", starring YoonA and Jo Jung Suk.

According to the Korean Film Council's real-time box office revenue ranking on August 1, Pretty Crazy ranked 3rd in terms of pre-booked ticket revenue with a booking rate of 6.9%. This is an impressive number as the film still has 2 weeks left to release (expected to be released on August 13.
