Recently, CBC News reported that the Korean Business Research Institute has announced the brand reputation rankings in June for advertising models.
The Korean Business Research Institute measured more than 40 million data, from March 3 to June 3, and released this ranking.
Notably, Son Heung Min topped the list after seeing a whopping 282.95% increase in his brand reputation index since May. Recently, the male player has been involved in a scandal related to his private life.
Actor Byeon Woo Seok ranked second on the list, marking a 56.27% increase compared to last month. From the success of the male lead role in "Lovely Runner", the actor born in 1991 achieved popularity throughout Asia. He has continuously topped the advertising modeling reputation rankings for many consecutive months, surpassing many big stars including Cha Eun Woo.
The 3rd and 4th positions respectively belonged to singer born in 1991 Lim Young Woong and girl group IVE with growth in the reputation index.
The two famous groups BTS and Blackpink are ranked 5th and 6th on the chart. Although BTS has not officially returned, the fact that the members will complete their military service this June has helped the name of BTS heat up again on online forums. The news that Blackpink will release an album in June also helped the group's name get hot again.

According to Director of the Korean Business Research Institute - Koo Chang Hwan, in an analysis of advertising brand linkages, Son Heung Min ranked first in terms of advertising model brand reputation in June 2025. In the analysis of the positive/negative ratio of the advertising brand Son Heung-min, the positive ratio reached 90.34%.
