On the way, they speed, weave, and chase each other, causing a traffic accident that results in the death of a pedestrian.
In addition to organizing mock trials, the program's organizers have integrated legal knowledge into exchange activities in the form of questions related to case situations.
The 2024 moot court is a practical activity in response to Vietnam Law Day (November 9). This is one of the effective forms of legal propaganda to help students and participants raise legal awareness, limiting violations of traffic safety regulations among school-age children.
